Analy Hernandez – Treasurer of the Board of Trustees
Analy Hernandez has worked in education for many years, where she developed a strong passion for supporting children and families. During her time in education, she also worked in family outreach, helping families navigate and connect with the education system and making sure they had access to the resources and support they needed.
Her passion for working with children also led her to soccer. Analy has worked as a coach with Soccer Skills Fundamentals, where she has enjoyed helping young athletes develop their skills, confidence, teamwork, and love for the game.
She currently works with the Richfield Soccer Association, a nonprofit organization, where she helps run the recreational soccer program. Through this work, she has continued to see how sports can positively impact children by giving them opportunities to build friendships, stay active, develop confidence, and learn important life skills.
Recently, Analy helped form a nonprofit organization focused on supporting children and families who face economic challenges that can make it difficult to participate in soccer and other sports. The goal is to help make sports more accessible and ensure that financial circumstances do not prevent children from having the opportunity to participate.
Through her experiences in education, family outreach, and youth soccer, Analy has learned how important it is to create opportunities for children and to support families along the way. She is passionate about bringing people together, building community, and helping children reach their full potential both on and off the field.
