Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. If you sign up for updates, we collect your email address. If you volunteer or donate, you provide information directly to the third-party services described below.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server and security tools record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited. We use this to keep the site secure and working properly. We do not use advertising trackers.
Donations
Online donations are processed by Zeffy, a secure third-party donation platform. Payment card details are entered directly with Zeffy and are never stored on our website. Zeffy shares your name, email, donation amount, and related details with us so we can thank you, send tax receipts, and keep required records. Zeffy’s own privacy policy governs how it handles your information.
Volunteering
Some volunteer opportunities are listed through partner organizations and their sign-up systems (for example, VolunteerHub). Information you submit there is collected by that partner and governed by its privacy policy.
